Local partners finance from other projects their staff members and volunteers, their administration and operational costs.
Fluid´s projects often cover transportation costs and water devices (such as water filters, water tanks and so on). In the case of low-cost water filters, the provider is also a partner, because they take care of the delivery and training on how to use and maintain the home water treatment devices.
